Family Information Form
December 1, 2026: complete and submit the Family Information Form (Grades 6, 7 and 9).
December 15, 2026
Assessment, recommendations, report cards and parent meeting
December 15, 2026: register for the Sidwell Friends School Assessment, request teacher recommendations, send last year’s report cards and schedule the parent meeting.
December 31, 2026
Report card, video and testing; all steps complete
December 31, 2026: send the first quarter or first trimester report card, the applicant video and in-school testing.
December 6, 2026
Middle and Upper School Open House
The Middle and Upper School Open House is December 6, 2026.
- Teacher forms open
- Request recommendations from the current math and English teachers after November 1. Forms received before November 1 are not accepted.
- Information sessions
- Remaining information sessions: Middle School on November 11, 2026 and Upper School on November 20, 2026.
- Tours
- Middle School tours run on Fridays. Upper School tours run on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Registration
- Advance registration in Ravenna is required for tours and events because capacity is limited.
